A session with students from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication was held at the LUKMEF Cameroon Buea Office this morning of 6th April 2022 9 am to 11:30 am. The session was aimed to reveal the outcome of their applications and to ensure interns gained an understanding of the importance of Internships and Volunteerism as potential gateways for career development.
A total of 20 applicants took part in the session and gained insights on the importance of a job application, the importance of Internships, and the LUKMEF Professional internship program and were encouraged to stay committed in their course towards building networks, practicing, and building experience as young People through hands-on work.
They gained insight on their interview outcome and were willing to provide their decision to the organization towards engaging in the days ahead through following laid down procedures on entry.
