Health is responsible for improving access to better health care through provision of health response at the door step of persons through mobile clinic, and referrals. The Nutrition unit is responsible for improving access to improved nutrition and dieting, through screening for Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) and Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) using Middle and Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC), and providing treatment of SAM and administration of Vitamin A
