CEO of LUKMEF Cameroon educated Staff on Operational Modalities

LUKMEF Cameroon staff have been reminded that team spirit, hard work, time consciousness, the respect of the mission and vision of the organisation amongst others is the expectation of every member as they execute their various responsibilities. The advice has been made by the chief Executive officer Mr Tanyi christian, during one of the organisation’s monthly meeting.
While appreciating their commitment in line with LUKMEF’s endeavor to impact communities, and in eliminating violence against women and girls; the CEO stressed the need for all staff to imbibe concepts like Development Communication, Sustainable Development Goals and Humanitarian Principles, which will help in registering more success in the development world.
Other highlights at the meeting included an enriching talk on some major differences that exist in the public and private sector in Cameroon with regards to the pay roll. Emphasizing on the need to be proactive, creative, the South West Regional Delegate of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, Madam Evelyn Eselekwe , who was one of the facilitators at the meeting, used the opportunity to call on the staff of LUKMEF Cameroon to put in their best wherever they work, because both the private and public sector play a great role in community development

 

Having as part of her goals geared towards improving and impacting communities through communication development  in Cameroon, Mr Tanyi Christian further enjoin the communication centre to redouble efforts at tracking and reporting professionally  issues related to communication development ,  which is one of the prime concerns of LUKMEF Cameroon.

Against this back drop, the dynamic and visionary team at the Legacy Development communication centre, together with other staff members pledge their commitment and hard work in upholding the vision and mission of the organisation, for the attainment of Peace, social justice as well as contributing in ending Violence Against Women and girls, in respect to United Nations Trust Fund  project.

At the close of LUKMEF Cameroon’s monthly staff meeting, CEO Mr Christian Tanyi, reveal that efforts are being intensified to have more branches of LUKMEF Cameroon in and out of the national territory. Reason why, he advised the staff  to shun  individualism while embracing  team spirit,  learning new ideas, as indispensable tools for excellence in the organization which will facilitate the strive to create impacts within communities in Cameroon and beyond.

    I really appreciate the services rendered by LUKMEF to the world especially Bamenda_Cameroon it’s helping alot to help woman and the girl against violence and also the society in meeting someone of their needs
